bp666 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you. bp666 employs SSL encryption and industry-standard data protection measures to safeguard your personal information.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

• Any unresolved disputes may be referred to an independent third-party mediation service. The decision of such mediation shall be final and binding on both parties.

13. Amendments & Termination

bp666 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players. Upon termination, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bp666 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
